The client wanted to bid for a 15-year lease of a Marine Park, located in Jeddah region, to the Government authority. The vision was to transform and reimagine the marine park with new facilities making it an attractive tourist destination.
The founder wanted to win the bid for the tender. While the Board was managing the application part of it, they were looking for an advisor to showcase the group’s vision and demonstrate a roadmap for improving the ancillary infrastructure such as, access roads and parking space for the marine park to the authority.
