- No Refunds After Work Commences: Once the consulting work on your project or assignment has commenced, we do not offer refunds. This is because our payment structure is milestone-based, meaning payments are made in tranches upon the completion of specific milestones. As such, refunds are not possible once work begins.
- Refunds Before Work Commences: If work on your project or assignment has not yet commenced, you are eligible for a refund. Please contact us immediately if you wish to request a refund before any work has started.
- Milestone Payments: Payments are structured to align with the completion of project milestones. By agreeing to this structure, you acknowledge that each tranche represents a completed phase of work, and payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Project Cancellations: If you decide to cancel a project after work has started, no refunds will be issued for the milestones that have already been completed. However, we will cease any further work on your project, and no additional payments will be required beyond the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes regarding the quality or delivery of work, we encourage open communication to resolve the matter amicably. However, refunds will not be provided after the work has commenced, in line with our policy.
